Because of the new Metal Gear Solid collection I’ve been seeing the Metal gear solid 2 codec conversations all over things like Instagram but not enough on here. This game was from 2001 and explains the AI era better than most modern explanations. It’s always been uncanny to listen to this over the years because it becomes freakier every single time. Especially when you see people online and even friends saying similar things now or justifying what the AI will likely be used for. We’re already in deep and half the people on this site aren’t even humans. It’s people arguing with bots and algorithms. Myself included. It makes you think deep about your free will and understand that you either don’t have it or it’s the single largest goal of certain people to manipulate it or direct it into something that feels like your idea that isn’t. In a lot of ways we’re all subject to people who want to create inception, like the movie. Make you have an idea you think is your own, but it isn’t. Once you come to that realization the world looks different.

Marco Rubio says he has no plans to run in 2028.  My bet, he is either going to run as the VP candidate with JD Vance, if JD gets the nomination, or sit out 2028 and if the GOP nominee loses, run in 2032.  It's not clear Rubio himself knows yet what he may do as it take a bit of time for events to playout, but I've no doubt he wants to be president.  Of course, 6-years from now, 2032, is a long time and there could be many other quality candidates by then as well.  I'd rather not speculate further and begin making lists.  Just reacting to comments Rudio made today.

People are frustrated that they aren’t focusing on the main issues Trump ran on and instead things that Israel would want like the Iran war.
