It's hard to believe it was 20 years ago today that I was on duty and responded to Edgware Road for the 7/7 bombings. So much has happened since then, but that day is still indelibly imprinted on my mind. This is a news story from the 10-year remembrance: telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/…
My thoughts tomorrow will be with all others affected by the anniversary, especially those who lost loved ones. #7/7

⚠️ Don’t jump into open water. It can cause cold water shock, and be deadly.
👀 Always supervise children near open water.
🏊 If you fall in: Float to Live - lean back, breathe, move gently.
📞 If someone’s in trouble, call 999 or 112 – never jump in.
