At our FORGED IN HOPE ceremony, community from near and far came together to leave messages on the bones of the building.

After establishing a successful welding career abroad, Jun moved to Canada to continue his journey in the trades. When he didn't pass his Red Seal exam on the first try, he turned to our Road to Red Seal team for support. This time, he didn't just pass, he excelled.

Teresa is a Sheet Metal Worker who knows what it means to persevere. After failed attempts at the certification exam, she truly felt alone in her struggles.

There were moments when Mark wasn’t sure he would achieve his dream of getting a Red Seal. With support from our Coast Capital Road to Red Seal team, he kept showing up for himself and stayed focused on his goals.
In January, Mark passed his exam and earned his certification!
