The dog rescue centre I volunteer at is doing a sponsored walk in aid of @UK_COPS and in memory of the six police officers who have died on duty this year. Please support if you can. @PSOSEAyrshire anyone fancy joining us? justgiving.com/page/lorraine…
It’s a bit dusty in here 🥲 Thank you David, I am honoured.
In this film our chair, David Threadgold, reflects on the importance of remembering those who gave their lives in the service of others and the lasting impact their sacrifice has on colleagues, families and communities.

The first ‘go-fund me’ have appeared on Facebook. Please, please do not donate to any funds until an official one is launched from Cleveland Police or their Federation. The collection may be genuine but equally it may not and the money will never reach the officers family.
Today the @UK_COPS annual survivor weekend begins bringing together hundreds of families of police officers and staff who have died on duty. Being able to talk about our officer, to laugh and yes cry with people who genuinely understand is liberating. Peer support at its finest.

Next week, representatives of Dyfed-Powys will be riding 72 miles across Pembrokeshire. The ride is to remember fallen offices, whilst raising money for COP's ahead of the Unity Tour in August. if you would like to donate, the Just Giving link is in our Bio.

We are campaigning for safer communities and stronger frontline policing across Scotland.
Every day, police officers work with professionalism and dedication to protect the public and support those who need us most.
Ensuring that frontline policing is properly resourced and supported is essential to maintaining the safety of our communities.
The importance of strong frontline policing and the role it plays in keeping Scotland safe should not go unnoticed.

Officer safety is non-negotiable and consequences must be real, #SPFManifesto warns. Assaults on officers are too frequently bargained away. Where proven, imprisonment must always be considered. spf.org.uk/jcc-circular-18-o…
