So yesterday was a huge milestone for me. 10 years to the day I started #Parkour in Nottingham. It's been an incredible decade of physical, mental and social development but above all else a ton of fun ;) Here are the highlights from all 10 years. youtube.com/watch?v=Hs_KPFAB…

The end of yet another incredible @cf_camp con in Munich. Really cant beat the atmosphere, hospitality, great speakers + genuine fun. Real family feel. Expertly run by @madmike_de. Michael has announced the conference WILL be back next year! #cfcamp #cfcamp2026 #cfml #coldfusion

End of the second night of @cf_camp and just like last night only later with more legends! The classic question of whether to call it quits at 1am or walk to another hotel to continue the madness... Sure you can.guess the answer to that 🤣. #LastMenStanding #cfcamp #cfcamp2026

Yup this is how it often ends on the first night at @cf_camp . Straight off the plane and coersed by this lot of micreaents to walk to a different hotel (as the conference hotel shut) to get more drinks! Always worth it though to spend some time with the legend's. #cfcamp2026

Two years since last went but excited heading back to Munich for @cf_camp. Just what I need to boost me now that Im out of work. Catch up with legends Ive been sharing this experience with for many years. Super well run - German hospitality, warmth + great speakers. #cfcamp2026

The lushious @Lagaffe in his fabulous element. Helping me celebrate my new job with @pixl8. #cfcamp #cfcamp2024

It's like it's Scotch of the Rocks all over again. Official #cfcamp Last Men Standing to kick off the epic 2024 conference. Great to catch up with some legends tonight #sotr

That time again - off to Munich for the awesome cfcamp web development conference. I'm on official camera duties again and looking forward to capturing the fun. Plane is full of Scottish football fans right now which is creating quite the atmosphere 😂. #cfcamp #cfcamp2024

I think this beautifully sums up 2 amazing days of German hospitality, dev geekry + wonderful socialising. 4 years has been far too long but feels like no time has passed. A huge thanks to @madmike_de for keeping it alive. @cf_camp is well and truly back!!! Bring on 2024! #cfcamp – at Hallbergmoos, Deutschland

So 11 years since my first epic photo with the web dev + bodybuilding legend that is @BenNadel at Scotch the Rocks in Edinburgh. Really awesome to catch up with the true gent and humble rockstar that he is - here at @cf_camp in Munich. Life milestone achieved, again 😁. He rocks! – at Freising, Germany

Yes...this is usually what happens at @cf_camp by this time of night and beer.... 🤣😄🤣🍻🍻🍻 @Lagaffe #cfcamp #whathappensingermany – at Freising, Germany

After the epicness of "The Ben Nadel Shake" - next piece of meme gold was "The Ben Nadel Scotch Style" based on Ganghan Style. Featuring #sotr 2013 attendees wearing a @BenNadel mask and causing mayhem. Highlight of my life! 2/2 @cf_camp @misterdai #cfcamp youtu.be/5unwjje-oUI – at Freising, Germany

With the legend @BenNadel at @cf_camp right now its a good time to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of "The Ben Nadel Shake" that was born at #sotr 2013. It all started with @misterdai and a mask then became the biggest CF meme in history! 1/2 youtu.be/tsAbPTI0N8g #cfcamp – at Freising, Germany

Getting in on the Photobooth fun. Just need one with the legend @BenNadel now 😁. I suspect he will be working overtime today. 🤣📸📸 #cfcamp – at Freising, Germany

We're back! @madmike_de, Chris and @gert_railo kicking off the incredible @cf_camp #coldfusion web development conference in Munich. It's like a big family reunion. Always such a great atmosphere and energy. #cfcamp #lucee – at Freising, Germany
