Writing this as I feel prompted too, if it doesn't speak to you feel free to move on...
On the 16th of January 2015 I was in hospital after an attempt on my life. I had done serious damage to my liver after a overdose and the mount of alcohol I had consumed.
I was desperate and lost and no hope of escaping, I had nowhere is to turn and decided to pray. I hated anything to do with Churches and didn't believe in God or Jesus.
Shortly after my liver results came back completely clear and the doctor stated "Something is looking after you son". I at that point gave my life to a God I barely knew and was set on a path to recovery and redemption. With countless mini miracles guiding my steps.
Today I lead worship and live to serve Jesus as best I can, obviously I am not perfect and make many a mistake, but God is not looking for perfect people, just real ones.
Morale of the story, if Jesus can do it for me he can for sure do it for you, if you are ready. Thanks for reading and I will get back to the football now. Be blessed 🙏 #Jesus
