Vampires FC — based in Norbury, SW16 — merged with Crouch End FC in 1897 to become Crouch End Vampires FC. (Ashamed I didn't know about this as a new Crouch End resident!)
They have v cool crest, and former Spur Dave McEwen (legacy # 656!) started his career with the Vamps!

Ground #65 of 2023 was a new one for me despite it’s proximity- Muswell Hill Sports Ground (aka Coppetts Rd) -home of historic club @CEV_FC . Arsenal and Liverpool both played here back in the day! Well done the Vampires and oppo for playing in 30 degrees heat #GlobalWarming – at Tottenham, London

What a day. What. A. Day. Arsenal win with an injury time winner, @CEV_FC 3’s win 2-1, old parmiterians lose 3-2 and clocked my fast speed on a football pitch at 44. What a time to be alive. #ifcarlsburgdidsaturdays
