2023 Dog Soldiers started at 6am today! Nothing brings a family together like pure, uncompromising work! Over 1,000 body squats during a 2-mile trail run. We might not have been the 1st to do these workouts, but the BergGang sure as hell perfected it. #419Kings

Games 1-4 of my senior season. Tough last two games but we never give in and we always keep fighting. “Everything will be alright in the end. If its not alright now, then it’s not the end.” hudl.com/v/2Fw5he
