The Walls Between Us is such a powerful, emotional and engaging piece, written and acted brilliantly, and it's been a real pleasure to see a couple of performances this week, and for Fatema and Jazz to be asked to be part of the Q&A panel at The Rep on Wed evening @sampad_arts
Another wonderfully acted, #moving, #funny, #emotional, performance last night of #TheWallsBetweenUs Thanks to after show panel host Ashok Patel, Dr Sadira Teeluckdharry @bsmhft, writer of the play @farrahchaudhry, cast & BSL Interpreter Harjit Jagdev. Show pics @danburwood

We wanted to make this video to highlight just how prevalent depression can be, and talk about the symptoms, and how you can manage through self-care, but also seek support when needed. Massive "thank you" to the wonderful Owen in our team for doing this πŸ’ͺπŸ½β˜€οΈπŸ’šπŸ€— #MHAW2021
Depression: We are all getting better at talking about it, but too many people are suffering with long term depression, and not asking for help. Time outdoors πŸƒis a great way to help manage those feelings of depression & remember there is help available youtu.be/FSqKUhdY1Uk
