Glad to have the throws school record holders together. Tons of talent here, 6 total state titles, 13 All-State honors, 11 conference champ titles, & sure I’m missing other achievements. Very fortunate to have coached such a hard working group.@CCHSTerriers @CCHS_TFXC
Congrats to @SydneyApgar on being selected to the @SICA_IL All-South Girls Track team for the 3rd time!! C’Dale Throws Strong 💪🏼 @CCHSTerriers @CCHS_TFXC

Coach Stephen Arvanis of the Carbondale Terriers, Congrats on being named 2018-19 SICA All-South Girls Track Coach of the Year!
Tavaris Hill falls just a bit short in qualifying for finals. However he finishes 15th in the shot put. A great effort to finish off a great season by the senior! @CCHS_TFXC @CCHSTerriers
Senior Tavaris Hill! Pre meet done, ready for prelims tomorrow morning!! @CCHSTerriers @CCHS_TFXC
Had a great track banquet tonight. This group throwers made my job so easy this season, couldn’t ask for a better bunch. The seniors have kept the tradition of success for C’Dale Throws and will truly be missed. They even provided proof they listen!!
The season isn’t over for the throws squad! Senior Tavaris Hill is ranked 11th in shot for this week’s State Meet. He has been peaking perfectly by adding a foot to his best EACH week the last two weeks. Pushing for another big jump and making podium!! @CCHS_TFXC @CCHSTerriers
