Last night was a moment I’ll never forget 🙏🏽 I’ve had the privilege of speaking on stages all over the world, but last night was different. 600+ people all spirit filled! Long before I had kids, I used to visualize moments like this. My family in the audience, watching me do what God called me to do, impacting lives and making a difference. And last night, that vision became reality. But here’s what I’ve learned after years of speaking: The most powerful rooms aren’t the ones with the biggest crowds. They’re the ones filled with the presence of the Holy Spirit. And last night was one of those rooms. Having my wife and kids there made it even more special. Because I don’t just want my children to see what I accomplish. I want them to understand why I do it, and stand beside me while I LIVE IT. The greatest currency on earth is the effect you have on another human being. That’s the legacy I want to live, not just leave behind. The event was exceptional, but the people were even better. At the end of the day, it’s not about building a bigger name. It’s about building God’s Kingdom. All glory to God 🙏🏽

Your life doesn’t change when you try harder, it changes when you get clear, choose a direction, and remove everything that doesn’t support it. We overcomplicate change with long-term resolutions, motivation hacks, and self-discipline tactics, when what we really need is a hard reset. When your mind is cluttered, your life feels chaotic. When your thinking is clear, action becomes obvious and almost effortless. Please understand this… The fastest way to “fix” your life isn’t doing more, it’s deciding what matters, removing what doesn’t, and committing to one meaningful direction.  Doing something unimportant well, doesn’t make it any more important. There are 1000 ways to get to an end result but one optimal way based on your skills, your gift, and your expertise. .Once you figure that out, discipline, confidence, and momentum naturally follow. The key is trusting only movement. Not words, promises, or intentions. Movement. Results will always be the name of the game.

I was reading Proverbs on my flight, and I was reminded that this is one of the best business and leadership books you could ever read. Timeless wisdom on decision-making, discipline, integrity, money, and relationships. Worth revisiting often. Here are some of the best lessons: 1. Wisdom Is Greater Than Wealth Proverbs repeatedly teaches that wisdom is more valuable than money, power, or success. “Wisdom is more precious than rubies, and nothing you desire can compare with her.” (Proverbs 8:11) Lesson: Money without wisdom destroys people. Wisdom creates peace, stability, and lasting prosperity. Wealth can be lost overnight—wisdom compounds for life. 2. Character Always Determines Destiny Proverbs makes it clear that integrity, honesty, and self-control shape the direction of your life. “The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity.” (Proverbs 11:3) Lesson: Talent opens doors, but character keeps them open. When God is first, decisions become clearer, life becomes ordered, and legacy becomes possible.
