Pan-tumor reconstructed IPD analysis | 1,867 pCR + 352 ctDNA-clearance patients | 8 tumor types
-3-yr EFS after pCR ranges from 78.6% (#NSCLC) to 100% (dMMR-#CRC)
-No EFS benefit from postoperative adjuvant IO in patients achieving pCR (cross-trial)

A new framework quantifies the efficacy-effectiveness gap from a national registry (🇩🇰,DAMMED).
In #melanoma:
- IO deviated only in ineligible pts (HR 1.61)
- Targeted therapy deviated even in eligible ones

Reconstructed IPD: 15,199 pts / 41 phase 3 trials
• 73.5% develop ARI by 3y
• Higher CR/PR → less ARI, regardless of tumor type
