We had a fantastic turnout at the Mobile Diabetes Screening Clinic event at St. Agnes Church! Our Spanish-bilingual Registered Dietitian and SNAP-Ed Educator were hard at work sharing valuable resources, recipe samples, and practical tips for managing diabetes.
