ALT What is anxiety? Anxiety is a type of fear. Anxiety symptoms can be described as ongoing feelings of dread about something going wrong. While many fears are temporary, and pass when the worrisome event is over, anxiety can last for a long time and without a clear cause. Ongoing anxiety can cause you to avoid doing things that will trigger your symptoms and can stop you living life fully.

Decorative semi-circles are at the bottom.
