Our vote count was scheduled for today at 1pm; however, due to @CornishCollege 's challenge to our bargaining unit (despite the NLRB already ruling in our favor...), our ballots are being impounded until a final decision is reached! :( stay tuned for updates #cornishstaffunion

Our first day of NLRB hearings start today! We don't know how long this process will be because there will be DOZENS of witnesses potentially called. @CornishCollege may not be excited about our union, but Cornish staff are and we can't wait to move past this toward elections!!
We are heading to a LONG NLRB hearing on Thursday @CornishCollege claims to be pro-union but will STILL be challenging every single member of our proposed bargaining unit. How can you be "pro-union" and not allow your staff to unionize? 🙃 #cornishcollegeofthearts

UPDATE: Cornish admin submitted their response to our election petition, including a list of staff members who they do not believe to be eligible to join the bargaining unit. That list included every single member we proposed. (1/2)
