Thought a lot about this, and very interested to see how it all works. The concerns I have is around how unstable .world files can be. Game corruption is very easy after editing .world files, and my worries lie in this being released to a public that don’t know about the files.

Very glad it’s going to be a completely open source project, and the creator does seem to have at least some knowledge in what their AI is writing. A lot more than just the .world file goes into worlds in TS4. Interested to see how walkbys and world tuning is handled.

Not even alleged. Codex (by OpenAI) is used to create both their mods and Blender plugins, by their own admission at that. If you're looking for dynamic CAS mods made by human hands, I'd suggest looking at Simmattically and Simsiboy's alternatives

I think this mod is ready for release 🥳 The plaza now has a functional: grocery store, sport equipment shop, pharmacy, restaurant and a train station. (plus a playground if you own AA) Sims can take a train between 4:30 AM and 11:30 PM, and of course tickets are not free.
