Sometimes being Nice is it’s own reward. Companies that kept on paying employees during the pandemic aren’t facing labor shortages. Those who laid off people are struggling to fill positions. and are losing business to those who kept workers on. Compassion is good for business

Parents get too obsessive about testing and whether or not their kids qualify as “gifted.” Just make sure your kids are kind and hard-working. People who can do that go so much farther in life. And are much easier to be around.
