@JohnLewisRetail bought a duvet in store, got home and it’s different to the sample we picked, but they said no returns. Will I be able to return or exchange for the right one (haven’t taken it out the packaging. Pictured the duvet we thought we were buying!
@JohnLewisRetail you can see the picture with the label is a plain white duvet, but the one we have at home is a different material with small dots. I suspect the display duvet was wrong, as the one we have is the same as the label, but not the sample.
Daily reminder for anyone looking to buy a high value item like an iPad from @amazon, don’t bother, they’ll rip you off. They have a major fraud problem within their business but refuse to accept it, or treat their customers with respect.
@AmazonUK refuse to refund me for an iPad I ordered when they delivered a table cloth. I need help to sort this out, please Amazon. Your customer service is so bad I can’t get the help I need. I don’t want to resort to a charge back or legal action, but I will if necessary.
Another day, another backward conversation with @AmazonUK. Will they actually step up to help me today? Who knows
So @AmazonUK decided to just leave the chat on me, seems they have some significant problems supplying customers with the products they actually order.
So on Monday, @AmazonUK delivered me a tablecloth instead of an iPad, proceeded to make false promises about refunding me, and now they’ve missed their own set deadline on investigating and getting back to me. Highly advise people to not use amazon for high value purchases!

@McDonaldsUK why send me a code that doesn’t work and has a different expiry in the app than in the email?! Actually now spent £10 more because I’d already ordered.

You don’t get to stoke the fire at the beginning of the tournament by labelling our anti-racism message as ‘Gesture Politics’ & then pretend to be disgusted when the very thing we’re campaigning against, happens.
I am disgusted that @England players who have given so much for our country this summer have been subject to vile racist abuse on social media.
It has no place in our country and I back the police to hold those responsible accountable.
