Why do customer service bot chats start by asking "how can I help you?" and after deciding to pass you to a human they immediately ask "what can I do for you today?". What's the point of having a bot try to shield c.s. if it's not passing relevant info to next level support?!
My daughter witnessed a squirrel hanging on my bird feeder while I was away and thought it was so cute she took a video rather than chasing it away. Now I have to find an attorney to help me change my will.
It's 2021. Can we not have microwaves that don't heat one bite of your food to "3rd degree burns to the roof of your mouth" while the next is still "we just dug this core sample out of the Arctic ice"?

Yikes. Weather prediction totally out of control. 3 weather apps with huge disparities. 1 gives 100% chance rain tmrw, another 20% during day, 80% @ night (does that add up to 100?) and another 45% chance. What the actual #*&^?!!
