My favourite meme came up on my memories today. πππ β at Vancouver, British Columbia
I went over a year without getting sick, which is kind of insane given my job, but now I've been sick twice in about a month. I skipped my run today to hopefully get over this a bit quicker.
The price increase for Disney+ is significant, but they have me by the balls because they have It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. I am never not watching it. I just restart it every time I finish it. The newer seasons are pretty hit-and-miss, but I still watch them all.
Just over here with my anxiety literally ruining my life and my relationships. Cool cool, I'm fine everything is fine. (I am not fine)
Anxiety so bad I can't do basic things like text friends to see if they want to hang out. Just have to hope certain people text me eventually, I guess.
Please tell me that the perimenopause symptoms go away when you get into menopause because I don't think I can do this for much longer.
I was just thinking it is weird that John Denver sings about Jasper Alberta instead of say Jasper Arizona.
It's not odd at all that my new client has the same name as me, plus the exact spelling and her brother has my cat's name.
I still have some mixed feelings over outing my love of country music on my Instagram stories yesterday. People know I listen to good music so I know some would not have seen it coming.
Probably never going to be 100% my authentic self in any friendship going forward ever again. That's how fucked up I am over the bestie breakup.
I've been getting back into watching hockey lately, and it is so odd watching it without drinking beer! I've been sober for 481 days now, though.
Can someone get back to my DM @Garmin please. My 955 completely died on my run yesterday. β at Vancouver, British Columbia
The latest meds are causing night sweats and not doing anything for my anxiety. So, it's officially been a full year of living with anxiety almost every day and I can't even express how done I am. Back to the drawing board with the meds AGAIN.

@alexa99 is there anyone who can help with issues? I am desperate. My Echo and Spotify are acting up for days.
Iβm kind of tired of the people who, every time Iβm having an issue, are like, oh well, itβs a good day to start drinking again as if thatβs the answer. β at Vancouver, British Columbia
