Over two years ago, the Israeli military killed 5-year-old Hind Rajab and her family. The Israeli government is now opening an “investigation” into their deaths. But this is not enough. There must be accountability for the thousands of children killed by the IDF and the targeting of innocent civilians must be stopped.

We are deeply saddened by the tragedy that took place yesterday in San Diego. We are praying for the community and pray there is justice for this heinous attack on the Muslim community. Islamophobia breeds hate.

This country has a long-standing system and rule of law when it comes to asylum and the immigration process as a whole. The administration cannot just enact policies that circumvent these laws and expect our justice system to not enforce the law. We are pleased with the decision by the court, and it only affirms that USCIS cannot decline to perform its duties to adjudicate asylum applications as provided by the laws of this country. @CAIRWashington continues to fight for our clients to ensure that they are afforded due process just like everyone else and hold this government accountable.

Should American democracy work for everyone, or just a few who check the right viewpoint, place of origin, and faith tradition boxes? In CAIR on Air Ep. 3, Corey Saylor breaks down CAIR’s 2026 Civil Rights Report, exposing how discrimination isn’t random, it’s systemic, documented, and growing. If you think this moment doesn’t define the future, you’re not paying attention. 🎙️ Tomorrow on Apple, Spotify, Amazon & YouTube.
