Looooool
So the GOP paid this kid $250k for viral marketing.
And instead they gave El-Sayed his strongest clip of the cycle!
Amazing!
Tommy, who worked as Josh Hawley’s ops director, is the son of Bobby Jindal’s longtime COS, Tim Teepell, who is listed as the principal for Breakthrough LLC. This month, Jindal’s dark money group paid $250,000 to Breakthrough LLC, for influencer marketing opposing Abdul El-Sayed.

Today, another American citizen & journalist was brutalized by Israeli settlers attacking Palestinians in the West Bank.
This repeated violence & brazen impunity for attacks against Americans & Palestinians alike are unacceptable.
When will Trump & Rubio DO SOMETHING?

Trump's continued attacks on @Ilhan, the Somali American community, & our Muslim neighbors are a heinous attempt to distract from his complete & utter failure as president. Every American should be chilled to the bone: these are the actions of a dictatorship not a democracy.
Breaking news: Federal authorities searched the D.C. home of Rep. Ilhan Omar on Monday morning, intensifying long-standing immigration-related accusations from Republicans regarding the nation’s first Somali American lawmaker. wapo.st/4zuN9Kp

Like those who opposed JFK in 1960 because he was Catholic…
Like those who opposed Obama in 2008 because he was Black…
Republicans today are attacking Abdul El-Sayed because he is Muslim.
Don’t let bigotry win. Fight back!

New @nytimes reporting shows US Embassy officials in Israel are blocking info from Congress on the killings of Americans in the West Bank.
I'm calling on @SenatorRisch & the Foreign Relations Committee to hold a hearing into this coverup.
The American people deserve the truth.

Just weeks ahead of the midterms, an alleged “Operation Safe California" has just launched.
While not formally announced, sources told the Washington Examiner that the California-based operation is an immigration crackdown with the aim to "arrest all illegal immigrants they encounter, regardless of whether an individual has a criminal history."
This is a concentrated effort to create fear within our communities—especially when naturalized citizens, birthright citizens, and people of color may be targets of arrests and detainment, simply because of the color of their skin.
Stay aware, know your rights, and don't let this deter you from making your voice heard at the ballot box.

Across the nation, the surge in anti-Muslim rhetoric from public figures, the media, and elected officials has led to a troubling increase in hate targeting American Muslims.
This rise in Islamophobia has seeped into our day-to-day lives, including during school board and city council meetings, where speakers have used public comment sessions to demean Islam, vilify Muslims, and question whether we belong in our own communities.

For the first time in more than two decades, the U.S. has declined to invite international election observers from the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe to witness its midterm elections next month.
The move comes as the Trump administration is scrutinizing dozens of nonprofit voter-registration groups and weighing the deployment undercover agents to investigate organizations suspected of helping noncitizens register to vote — even though data shows that noncitizen voting occurs too rarely to affect election outcomes.

Today, Wadee Alfayoumi would’ve celebrated his 9th birthday. But anti-Palestinian hate took the life of this beloved child.
In his honor, let’s realize a future of true safety and opportunities for all our children.
Happy heavenly birthday, Wadee.
Thank you, Supervisor Mahmood, for this recognition and for speaking clearly against anti-Muslim hate. Your support for CAIR-SFBA’s work and for Muslim communities in San Francisco is deeply appreciated. It was an honor to receive this commendation.
Today in recognition of 32 years of civil rights advocacy, and in response to the Islamophobic hate mongering of Governor Ron DeSantis, I awarded @CAIRSFBA a commendation at the San Francisco Board of Supervisors.
For decades, CAIR has been at the frontlines of legal support and immigration defense for the Muslim communities, supporting families experiencing hate crimes, or following attacks on mosques. They have mobilized people to vote, pushed for statewide advocacy.
In San Francisco, they were key advocates in SFPD withdrawing from the FBI Joint Terrorism Taskforce, and leading on San Francisco's 2024 ceasefire resolution.
So thank you to CAIR for your advocacy. As Islamophobic claims from DeSantis and other elected officials threaten our communities, its important for leaders to stand by our civil rights organizations. And today, we stand with CAIR.
