A little less conversation a little more action! Fed up of talking about ICSs shifting power to communities? What stops this happening? Huge budgets tied up in “provider” dominated systems with fear of real innovation as it undermines power bases. Are ICSs just managing decline?
Great panel discussion on whether ICSs are reaching their potential. Variation exists but feels like a case for optimism. Key is trusted relationships and changes to power dynamic & a different approach to traditional national oversight. #KFICS24
