The sector is currently in regulatory purgatory. Moving AU to S3 only makes it 'less illegal'. Market clearly wants a bigger catalyst than that. FDA framework, interstate commerce, actual TAM expansion that comes with federal legalization will move the needle. 280E aint enough.
