Imagine tossing away your million-dollar career for a silly incident, with a teammate no less. Who is going to want to sign a player with level of self control?
Ex-#Titans DT Jordan Elliott went to his car to retrieve his gun after a practice altercation with OT JC Latham last Thursday (Oct. 15).
After being told to leave the field, Elliott took off his pads and stormed out of the facility, then went to the players' lot. Security cameras captured the sequence. Veteran DL John Franklin-Myers talked him down, and no one was hurt.
The Titans released Elliott on Tuesday after reviewing the incident. He signed a 2-year, $8M deal this offseason.
News of the incident was first reported by @eastonfreeze and additional details provided by @AaronWilson_NFL.

“Big mistake. Big. Huge.”
Just drove all the way to Brooklyn to check out this store I thought looked really rad and had a few things in mind to buy and literally was looked at as if I couldn’t afford it and was told he could find something comparable for me. Wow, dude. You’re an idiot and just lost a huge sale. But y’all should go check out Art of Play in Brooklyn if you enjoy being treated like Julia Roberts character in Pretty Woman. For sure, check it out 👎
The most surprising part of this clip is realizing that Roger Craig played for the Vikings after he left the 49ers.

"The Audible"
Jim Harbaugh vs. Mike Ditka
With the Bears up 20-0 early in the fourth quarter on the road against the Vikings, Harbaugh decides to audible and throws an ill-advised pass that is intercepted and returned for a touchdown.
Ditka goes ballistic on the sideline.
Minnesota would go on to win the game, 21-20, after which Ditka and Harbaugh exchange postgame barbs through the media.
PSA: Once a quarterback establishes himself as a runner, he’s open to the same type of hits as any other ball carrier. Why is this a tough concept to grasp? #FlyEaglesFly #Bears
I’m no rules expert, but didn’t that Bears special teamer’s foot touch the end zone line, signifying a touchback? #FlyEaglesFly #Bears
Not that I condone it, but big man should watch his knees the rest of the season. Could see a lot of “legal” low tackles coming his way.
Believing my sportswriting days were finished, I escaped retirement thanks to the fine folks at Newport Life Magazine, who asked me to capture Roger Federer’s induction into the International Tennis Hall of Fame. Happy to see my story grace the cover of the most recent issue!
