We have signed T Amari Kight and T Darian Kinnard to the practice squad. In a corresponding move, we have released TE Chris Myarick and OL Evan Neal from the practice squad.
Asked how he’d assess himself through six weeks, Kubiak laughed “an uncomfortable laugh … because I always think about our team.”
Added that “you are what your record says you are. We have everything in front of us. … We know all the good things that we can do.”

In a game that came down to just a few plays, there are still plenty of takeaways for the @Raiders to improve upon after a loss to the Bills.

Kubiak said the penalties on these plays are "absolutely killing us" and said it's on him to get it fixed:
Tyler Linderbaum on the fourth-down penalty, negating a sneak with Connor Hayward: "I've been called three times already on it. I've got to figure it out. Unacceptable to put our team in that position. ... Critical moment in the game. Big swing."
Kubiak on his failed third-quarter challenge: “Looking back, for a 2- or 3-yard gain, whatever it would’ve been, probably not worth it.”
Kubiak said Mike Washington Jr. gave the Raiders “a spark” with his play: “He did some good stuff. He’s been practicing well. Had some good runs for us.” Said Washington, Ashton Jeanty and Dylan Laube will all continue to play.
Raiders head coach Klint Kubiak said ending the team’s three-game losing streak starts with looking “at the next game” and not the big picture.
Asked about what needs to improve, Kubiak said “Close games out.”
