A personal note from me, from the other side of launch day ⚔️ First, I want to thank every friend, collector, and member of the Ape ecosystem who reached out to me, supported Eternal Blades, shared our work, or simply stood beside us after what happened on launch day. I’ve been a little quiet, and I think I owe you some words from me personally. We worked on Eternal Blades for almost as long as it takes to bring a child into the world. For nearly nine months, a large team poured their time, talent, energy, and care into this project. Every character, every trait, every detail of this universe was built with an incredible amount of attention and dedication. Behind what you see today are months of work from many people and a serious financial investment. We did all of that because we wanted to deliver something that felt premium, something we could genuinely be proud of. Launch day didn't go the way we imagined. I believe both the current market conditions and the mint price we initially chose played a role. But I also want to explain why we arrived at that price in the first place. After spending months actually building and understanding what development costs, we were thinking beyond mint day. We thought about what it would take to keep our promises after the mint. What it would take to continue developing Eternal Blades, execute our roadmap, keep creating at the quality we set for ourselves, and give the collection the support it deserves in the market. Making money was never our first priority. The mindset from the beginning was simple: Let’s create value. Let’s build. Let’s make something great. If we succeed at those things, financial success will follow naturally. That’s why launch day hit me harder than I expected. I was quiet because, truthfully, I was shocked. I had never allowed myself to seriously imagine that scenario. After spending so many months living and breathing this project, I believed in what we had built so deeply that I simply couldn’t imagine Eternal Blades having that kind of start. But difficult moments force you to act. We moved quickly, made decisions behind the scenes, and reduced the mint price simply to make it fair and accessible. Right now, more than anything, I want to see the collection complete its mint and finally reveal the art we’ve spent so long creating. And through all of this, something happened that I will never forget. You showed up. My DMs filled with messages. People tagged me, shared Eternal Blades, minted, swept, offered advice, checked on me, and reminded me that there are people who genuinely believe in what we’re building. That support helped me recover quickly, get back to work, and focus on what comes next. I haven't been able to reply to every private message yet because I'm working intensely behind the scenes to make this process better. But I have seen them, and I will reply as soon as I find the time. I want to leave my personal honor roll here.
