Our lawyers fought so hard to put this footage before the jury. SDNY prosecutors fought to keep it out. Judge Jennifer Rochon, a Biden appointee, sided with the prosecution. She also denied Bevelyn’s requested First Amendment jury instruction.
During trial, her defense pointed to her own words: being “aggressors” did not mean being violent. Her planning message also said they did not want appointments changed.
That context matters when judging intent. So does the officer’s statement.
Letitia James sued my wife civilly over this same protest. Biden’s DOJ obtained an indictment in December 2022 over events from June 2020. Two and a half years later. After Dobbs.
Then came 41 months. Emails later released by DOJ called the sentence an “incredible result” and “excellent news.”
Their “excellent news” meant our two year old daughter going without her mother at home. It meant me raising our little girl alone while my wife was imprisoned.
They exchanged congratulations. We lived the consequences.
Now Obama condemns government weaponization while presenting Letitia James and others as victims.
Your political allies’ use of government power deserves the same scrutiny you demand for President Trump.
Biden’s DOJ targeted a Black family. President Trump signed the pardon that reunited us. Period.
Tell that part with the same energy.

You describe Congresswoman Omar’s situation as political targeting by Trump. Reporting describes investigative activity under Biden. The magistrate judge who approved the search was selected by the district court, previously donated to Clinton and clerked for an Obama appointee.
Those facts establish neither guilt nor motive. They belong in the whole story.

Bevelyn is a Black Christian mother and private citizen. The protest happened in June 2020. NYPD was present both days. She wasn’t arrested at the scene. James sued her civilly in February 2021. Biden’s DOJ obtained an indictment in December 2022, approximately two and a half years later and after Dobbs.
Our family experienced retaliation after Dobbs. Her requested First Amendment jury instruction was denied. Our daughter lived with the consequences.
Letitia James had plenty of fight for my wife. New Yorkers deserved that same fight from their attorney general.
She had already pursued Bevelyn civilly. Then she publicly promised to come after her again. Meanwhile, federal inspectors documented failures in her office’s criminal enforcement against Medicaid fraud and patient abuse and neglect.
Vulnerable patients. Nursing home residents. Taxpayers. Their interests were her responsibility too.
She made pursuing my wife a public priority. Her own office’s failures became a matter of public record.
I call that vindictive politics and failed leadership.
President Obama, putting her in the victim’s chair does not erase the people her leadership failed.
DOJ’s weaponization report documents coordination with outside advocacy groups, a dossier containing information about me and our infant daughter, and sentencing disparities in the cases compared.
Congratulations were exchanged over my wife’s sentence. We faced separation.
Since your party emphasizes identity, include this: Trump pardoned a Black woman and reunited a Black family. Biden’s DOJ obtained the sentence that separated us.
My family does not hate Democrats. Disagreement does not have to become hatred.
Many Democrats, Republicans and Independents reject socialism and communism and want secure borders and safe communities. What we agree upon can help heal this nation’s fractures.
Selective outrage and incomplete stories are exhausting. Put the whole record before the American people. They can draw their own conclusions.
Our family mattered before a pardon.
Our pain deserves to matter even when our politics don’t match yours.

I once sold a truck to a guy who called and agreed to pay full price as long as I brought it to the airport within the hour. It was incredibly sus, but my truck had been for sale for months, and I had grown desperate. So I went. It only got weirder.
The moment I arrive he hops in the drivers seat for a test drive, and a run to the bank to get the money to buy it. He’s a freakishly large porcine fellow, adorned head to toe in dirty work clothes. He looked like Hagrid if he were an alcoholic with a the world’s most unionized construction job.
We get to chatting on the drive. Work, life, conspiratorial ramblings, Donald Trump, Pakis. The usual, if you know this type of guy.
I come to learn he needed to buy my truck to get home. He had bought a one way plane ticket to come buy a different one, but had been ghosted by the seller when he landed. He was stranded at an airport on the other side of the country with no other plan.
So I thought, “well maybe I know the guy who ghosted him. Let me see if I can help.” I asked to see his phone to read his FB Marketplace message with the seller.
He had been talking to some guy with Broken English and a vaguely middle eastern sounding name for several days now. The guy was selling an incredibly desirable truck for 30% below market. A virtually impossible deal. The vehicular equivalent of a horny singles in your area add on a porn site.
He turned to me and said “y’know, his listing says the truck is about an hour from here, maybe I should go look for him.”
I said “bro I’m looking at his profile, he has this same truck listed in every city in North America. The plate in the photos isn’t even from our state. This truck is spammed hundreds of times across marketplace.”
To which he replied, “yeah I thought that was weird. I think it’s a glitch.”
“No it’s not a glitch… you didn’t send him money did you?” I asked, fearing the answer.
“Yeah I sent him a money, otherwise he was gonna sell it to another guy.”
I winced. “how much?”
“Five thousand bucks.”
“……okay.”
“Well let’s look him up, we have his name.” He replies confidently.
“Look him up where?” I ask.
“Facebook”
“I’m looking at his Facebook. It’s not real.”
Just then we arrive at the bank, he parks my 2500HD in the handicap spot at a 45 degree angle. I say maybe we should pick a different spot, he tells me he isn’t picky.
We set up the wire transfer, he makes a disparaging remark about brown people to the teller. She frowns, she is brown. The money luckily still gets sent. And he takes off in the truck.
Hours later he calls me from the middle of nowhere. He had decided to fuck with the aftermarket tuner while driving and bricked it. He was stranded.
I don’t think all you xitter users realize just how difficult the modern world already is for an 85IQ person to navigate.

Here's an excerpt from Marie Antoinette's final letter, written at 4:30am on the day of her execution:
"I die in the Catholic Apostolic and Roman religion, that of my fathers, that in which I was brought up, and which I have always professed. Having no spiritual consolation to look for, not even knowing whether there are still in this place any priests of that religion (and indeed the place where I am would expose them to too much danger if they were to enter it but once), I sincerely implore pardon of God for all the faults which I may have committed during my life.
