Yo, this is super cool (I know I am biased <3 @Brent_Sumerlin /@LowDispersity /@UFChemistry), but decarboxylative alkenylation to break down polymers is slick and a potentially valuable finding. Congrats!
A variety of methods exist for degrading polyMETHacrylates, but much fewer for polyacrylates. Our report (shorturl.at/krMUY) in @J_A_C_S shows how any polyacrylate can be degraded, even without intentionally designing it to do so @KorpusikAngie @AlafateAdili @UFChemistry
