UL/RR/194794 & UL/RR/194792 simple you would think for @flysrilankan to find these reservations and sort a refund. Especially as the flights had to be cancelled due to cancer treatment! Still not dealing with the refund

Anyone from @flysrilankan , you promised us a refund in march and now we can't get through to you. Has anyone else had this. You can't keep blaming the middle East conflict on this delay!!!
