Is Washington’s backup better than their starter? This guy is shredding Iowa’s defense right now. #Iowa #Washington
Also we’re seeing the difference between a good team of mostly 3 star recruits and a great team with 4 and 5 star recruits. Iowa just doesn’t have the talent Ohio State has.
The offense has improved a lot since Tim Lester took over, however, the passing offense has still been underwhelming.
And it’s over. I hate to say it but they’re done. I did enjoy all the good vibes up until this game started. #hawkeyes
CFP leaders are closer than ever to expanding to a 24-team playoff. They are talking buyouts of conference title games and scheduling logistics of doubling the field.
Foregone conclusion?
“If we can get a decent (TV) deal, we are definitely going to 24.”

Defensively, Iowa struggled to get pressure in that first half. Underwood was able to pick apart their secondary. Not feeling good about this one at all. Am I frustrated? Yes. Surprised? Not really but I was hoping for better so far. Let’s hope they get it going 2nd half.
Damn this just feels the like same Brian Ferentz Iowa offense we all hated to watch. The playcalling is pathetic. Can’t run the ball ever against good defenses. Passing game not clicking. Different year and a lot of the same shit.
I don’t think Iowa is going to run the ball well today but they will continue to do so to keep the defense honest. I hope that can open up the passing game. Don’t be afraid to be aggressive.
