Wake up call, my dear @Bitget !
I won't lie - the direction things are taking on the exchange really sucks, I’m speaking from the perspective of someone who has been working with them for six years.
But also, of course, from the perspective of its own CIS region.
In 2023, the exchange fired its most effective manager in the region, @Metanoeticist - and not without reason. I knew him well, we were friends. But why *were* we friends? He got a girlfriend who was also into crypto - trading and selling various courses - that’s when the trouble started, I told him straight out that he was wasting his time on the wrong things. Long story short, about a year later, he started stealing referrals, allegedly selling #Bitget exchange $BGB tokens at a "discount", and pulling all sorts of other nonsense, eventually, he was fired. But despite all that, back when the exchange first entered the region, he had been truly effective.
After that, there were several more attempts to find a Russian-speaking regional leader. At the time, I was still a top performer in the region in terms of trading volume and referrals, and my username was known across the entire exchange. Sometimes, blatant scammers were brought on board - individuals I reported immediately -but management turned a blind eye, eventually, they were fired for fraud. One of them was @usithetalk - His presence went completely unnoticed. I wrote to him but never received a reply. Ultimately, I realized that he - like his predecessor and all those who would follow - was essentially a bot, a mannequin, a talking head: call it what you will, but certainly not the kind of person who would actually develop the region.
In March 2024, while watching all this nonsense, I wrote my resume as a joke to Bitget SVP YouYou, It was truly painful for me to watch Exchange make one mistake after another. - I’ve added a screenshot of the chat so you can see that this isn’t just clickbait, a made-up story, or something commissioned by competitors, etc.
The current regional manager is a woman of Chinese descent who supposedly "speaks Russian" in chat but flatly refuses to have a zoom call (and the exchange loves hiring women for leader positions, idk why).
The extent of its usefulness is limited to notifying me via chat that a promotion has launched and sending a link to the exchange's Chinese-language source.
Yes, I've outlived 99% of the employees at the exchange. I know employees just sit on their payroll and do their own things, there's no development. There's no leadership. No drive. No winning mentality. No killer instinct.
I essentially treat the exchange like my child, starting with its first ad on PGL tournament.
But the last 3 years have been an absolute nightmare. There’s total apathy, and it’s painful to watch. What have I tried to do? I’ve kept all the correspondence and chat logs, but they’re just ignored - nobody gives a damn.
What’s more, I was even deceived by a high-ranking exchange employee, however, because she was from China, the matter was quickly hushed up, and I was threatened with the loss of everything I had built up on the @Bitget . Confident and armed with evidence, I flew to the Singapore office to get to the bottom of the situation - only to discover that I had been blacklisted from a entry.
Thus, instead of solving problems, managers and decision-makers work negligently or for their own benefit, rather than for the benefit of development or improvement.
Many have now come to associate the Bitget exchange with "cartel tokens," where all the pump-and-dump scams. And now, exchange executives are talking about best liquidity in CFD market - God, these are just words - completely unsupported by facts. You've already forgotten $tut, I understand. You don't want to focus on the problems.
You may indeed be making progress and succeeding in certain areas, the foundational skills acquired during your development phase still allow you to outpace competitors in some respects.
But I am certain there are plenty of people who are outraged, and I fully understand why other influencers are staying silent or quietly moving to a different exchange.
Perhaps it’s a matter of mentality, but I feel that, in a way, this is my destiny. I one of who is built this exchange from the very beginning, and now it is being run by irresponsible people - yet I’m supposed to just turn a blind eye to it?
This business is certainly unique, and it is very difficult to find people here who will be content with what they deserve when power on this continent is absolute.
You often see news reports about someone from Russia or a CIS country saving a person or helping someone in distress. I’ve heard that in China, if you accidentally hit someone with your vehicle, it’s actually more "advantageous" to finish them off. Well, stop thinking about what’s profitable. Think instead about that "aura" you find so remarkable.
It seems you want to keep everything under control with this move, but when that pathetic "regional manager" writes to me saying, "Due to strict rules, I can't speak freely on Twitter," what kind of development in region do you expect? Damn it, why don't I know where to find answers? You certainly managed to hire a clown on the payroll, though @slezisatoshi No manager in their right mind would do this, knowing his reputation. Ah, but I forgot - decisions in the region are made by someone who doesn't speak the language and, frankly, doesn't follow the CIS "scene."
Hey, @OStauber @kobler_official Guys, I don't know you and haven't heard anything about you before, you are CEO and COO in Bitget - hope you are not just mannequins too, If you are true professionals in your field, I would be happy to collaborate with you to nurse this poisoned brainchild back to health.

I waited a long time for things to change, but it’s only getting worse. Gracie has already claimed she doesn't know me - it’s a shame there aren't any photos from that party in Dubai where you shouted into the microphone that people should look up to someone like me, telling that to your other few partners.

I must admit that my infrastructure built on centralized exchanges now allows me to gain less of an advantage compared to about a year ago. It's time to stick to my chair and work on moving to HL/XYZ
This is likely due to the fact that centralized exchanges -despite still commanding large audiences - collaborate with market manipulators. The explanation is simple: one need only look at certain notorious "cartel" tokens and their massive trading volumes. The gambling frenzy has become so intense these days that people are no longer capable of holding positions - especially in futures trading. If the chart remains flat, they crave volatility; they want either huge, albeit rare, wins or the crushing pain of total loss.
I am not talking about the token or the exchange in isolation right now, but from an ethical standpoint, decentralized exchanges lead the way in many respects.
Centralized exchanges, on the other hand, are already hooked on that particular model, so there will be minimal change on their end regarding the loss of their user base.
Let me put some speculation.
In 2020, we saw the onset of COVID, a market crash, and a subsequent sharp rebound. It seems the elites liked this, as ordinary people ended up with even less power.
Ongoing conflicts in various regions are draining the world, and it is easy to surmise that a crisis is imminent. Recently, there has been a lot of talk online about Russia allegedly preparing to attack Europe, with Ukraine supposedly provoking such a move to drag NATO into the war.
These are merely my own musings and conjectures, but I am beginning to see a certain logic to the idea that this is all part of a grand plan to further expand the reach of the dollar, corporations, and the elites.
If war breaks out, I think there is a distinct possibility that people will receive some form of financial aid, which could trigger a market rally similar to the one seen during the pandemic.
After all, Trump wants lower interest rates, and his team is fighting to save the dollar and manage its debt.
Study 2019.
I’ve been trying to shout in a top of my lungs about the crypto market rally since mid-August.
Retail is so dead - I just can't believe the sheer stupidity of humanity. There’s free money sitting right there, just pick it up. Influencers are waiting for a dip so they can all buy in together, just think about it: why the fuck should you listen to them? They don't give a shit where the market goes - they make their money from advertising. - go fuck yourselves if you’re in that crowd.
The world is too tense now. Thesis for solana:Df6yfrKC8kZE3KNkrHERKzAetSxbrWeniQfyJY4Jpump is very simple.

Yesterday, the exchange that I have been working with for about 6 years as first CIS partner - zeroed me in a minute in tutorial:native .
Since I understand incidents like this are quickly forgotten by the community, and I’m not getting a reply on Telegram - not even from Gracy, YouYou, BD manager and etc. Simply remaining silent during a difficult moment is not the best way to handle the situation. And when you have more than 10 thousand referral users on Bitget for me to stay silent, dealing with all the people who followed my recommendation about exchange, when, i have nothing but emotions instead of words.
If the decision is not recognized as not "trading behavior" - as stated in the protection fund - bitget.com/promotion/protect… in this case, it will be impossible to find the words to recommend the exchange in the future. In addition, I had a copy-trading account, which hit the all my followers and my reputation very hard. This is what I’ve been working on for many years.
Let’s see how the problem gets resolved (if it does); I’ll post the information in the comments.

Those following the 2026 World Cup have surely noticed the officiating in Argentina's matches. The question isn't whether it was biased. The question is - who needs this and why.
Over the past two years, Argentina has become the target of massive strategic investments. Not abstract ones - but very specific, from a single source:
Lithium: XtraLit (Israel) - extraction in Argentina's lithium triangle
Oil: Navitas Petroleum (Israel) - field development
Water: Mekorot - Israel's largest water company, now operating in Argentina
Telecom: Werthein Group (Israel) - controls Telecom Argentina
These are not portfolio investments. This is an infrastructural takeover of key economic sectors.
Eduardo Elsztain - an Israeli-Argentine businessman, one of the country's largest landowners. The main sponsor of Milei's presidential campaign.
Gerardo Werthein - another key Israeli-Argentine entrepreneur. Since October 2024 - Argentina's Minister of Foreign Affairs. Not just a businessman close to power - but the person who determines the country's foreign policy.
Isaac Accords
In April 2026, Milei and Netanyahu announced the launch of the Isaac Accords - a strategic program to strengthen Israel's ties with Latin American countries. It's the same thing as the well-known Abraham Accords, only the vector is South America.
Lithium, oil, water, telecom, diplomacy. All key levers - in the same hands.
What does Messi have to do with this?)
Messi is not just a footballer. He is the only person in Argentina who is loved by everyone. Without exception. No politician in the country's history has ever had this level of public trust.
If Argentina takes the World Cup - Messi literally becomes a living god of the nation. His influence over public opinion at that moment will be absolute.
What comes next is a matter of scenario and non-accidental coincidences. Milei's resignation, a transitional period, and a figure the people will accept without question.
I'm not claiming this will happen tomorrow... But the infrastructure for it is already built. The money is invested. The people are in place. The diplomatic agreements are signed.
With time, all that remains is to figure out how to use it correctly.
Lately I keep noticing influencers of Asian appearance who come off as unusually confident about tech and finance.
Why does that feel so convincing?
Part of it is real: many big wins in recent years were led by Asian founders, and the media loves a neat narrative. Part of it is optics: style, language, and headlines do a lot of the heavy lifting.
We sometimes mistake polish for proof.
But all the same, if you are Asian and know English, you can easily start a blog now and look quite profitable in front of Europeans or Americans.
The main problem with crypto projects is that a huge number of people simply hide behind decentralization. In the end, over time, everything comes down to a small group of key managers uniting to control the project - totally control it. It’s something in between communism and totalitarianism. As history shows, financially, countries and projects cannot exist for long under such conditions.
The narrative, the “cover story,” eventually loses its appeal and that initial shine of novelty, and all of it turns into strange, useless “factories.” In the end, they become extremely inefficient, while the project leaders grow lazy, with their bellies full of lobsters and Barbie dolls in bed. Those who continue to support such projects suffer from Stockholm syndrome.
