There are coaches who run 90 minute practices who win. There are coaches who run three hour practices who lose. There are coaches who work seven hour days who win. There are coaches who work 13 hour days who lose. Being efficient is important. If you can do it successfully in less time, then do it. Output > Time spent Your player’s time matters. Your staff’s time matters too. There is no substitute for hard work but there is nothing more foolish than wasting everyone’s time.
