Firstly we have @jacob5953 's awesome post on using real data in our design tools. We retweeted this before from medium but he's also kindly contributed it to our building echo blog: building.echo.co.uk/posts/us… 🖌️🖼️📈 #design #testdata #engineering
Next up we have @charwarz talking about how to upskill your team based on our experiences internally at Echo. building.echo.co.uk/posts/be… #training #engineering #engineeringmanagement 🧠👩🏫

Cool hackday today at @BuildingEcho. I worked on a "listen party" app that queues up tracks to a Spotify playlist that everyone can listen to at the same time. The app keeps everyone in sync. Designed in chat too, but didn't get that far. Name inspired by the Roland RE-201.
A new blog post today from one of our data analysts, Emily, about building an acquisition dataset using javascript: building.echo.co.uk/posts/us… 📈 #DataAnalytics #javascript
We've had a revamp on our blog and got lots of new and exciting content from a mixed bag of people at Echo. Have a read of them all here: building.echo.co.uk. We'll be aiming to publish a couple of blogs every month so do check back :)
And today one of our engineering managers @ilyatulvio has published a guide on career progression for junior engineers: building.echo.co.uk/posts/on… #onbeingjunior #softwareengineering #juniorengineers
📝 Last month, our content design intern Michael wrote a great post about what to expect from becoming a content designer: building.echo.co.uk/posts/wh…

At @BuildingEcho I have been playing around with bringing real data into Figma by using a nifty plugin from @DavidWilliames. It allows you to sync data in a google sheet with layers in Figma. It's allowed me to really easily stress test my designs with real medicine data 😀

Following a recent talk by @JonBretman (@echo_pharmacy CTO) to our current students at Makers, we hear from one of their two Makers @louisaspicer about why she chose to change career + how she's been supported on her continued learning journey at Echo: hubs.ly/H0m0SGk0
Simon and Bowie excited to pitch into an engineering meeting! (Mike and Jethro are the hooman engineers in fine Echo swag)
👋 Welcome aboard!
Some news: I’ve joined @echo_pharmacy as engineering manager! Our mission is to simplify pharmacy. My first five weeks have flown by, learning the intricacies of dispensing medicine and the challenges of doing it at scale.
👋 We wrote a blog about some simple microservice tips! building.echo.co.uk/microser… by @alexrbarlow
