QUESTION FOR OTHER DEVS: has @RobloxCreators helped you with a ban or an appeal? Reply yes or no, and what happened. I’m trying to work out whether anyone at Roblox is actually responsible for this. And if the rebrand of DevRel will finally help unban situations like mine -->

6/6 I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for a human being to read the evidence and tell me which Community Standard “is bro ovulating” breaks. If this has happened to you, reply and tell me. I want Roblox to see how many of us there are.

5/6 I created an 8 page full legal standard evidence dossier about my account, how I had been wrongfully banned, my loss from it - I sent it to the London legal department of Roblox. No reply.

4/6 To me this looks like a loophole: keep the evidence from me until the 30-day window closes, then refuse every appeal for being late. Same automated denial from at least five different “agents.” I have no sign a human ever read what I sent. You can’t appeal what you can’t see.

3/6 What Roblox did: • Banned me without showing the message • Promised an answer in 5 business days; denied it after 57, no reasons • Asked for ID 5 weeks into my data request • Took them 36 days to show me the evidence, past the appeal window •Refused later: “over 30 days”

2/6 That account is 8 years of my life on Roblox: music, SFX and scripts I built for other devs’ games, years of paid Premium, and an inventory I’d put at around $10,000. All gone over one message, and the notice never even said what I’d written.

1/6 Roblox terminated my 8-year-old account over a joke which was TAGGED. I was in a private server with one IRL friend, talking about an in-game animal, and Roblox’s own filter had marked it. I am a game developer, and still appealing nearly three months since @RobloxCreators
