0 #fallarmyworm in trap today - BUT it has been cold. Last 2 wks of Sept had highest counts w/13 & 12 moths respectively, no doubt pushed up by Ian. #tropicalsodwebworm around now. Look for small moths flying up as you walk across the #turf & notched leaves #turfgrassmanagement

We're looking for a postdoctoral research associate at the @USDA_ARS Robert W. Holley Center in Ithaca, New York! This entomologist position involves work with ambrosia beetles and biocontrol fungi. 🍄🪲🍄 Role is for 3 years at $66,214/year with FEHB and can start 1 November!
Position: Entomologist working on microbial biocontrol of ambrosia beetles Location: USDA-ARS Robert W. Holley Center in Ithaca, New York Shortened description of duties: Evaluate entomopathogenic and mycoparasitic fungi against ambrosia beetle pests in apple orchards.
