A4: I think expectations have to connect to Ss own goals too. What are their desired outcomes? What behaviors of theirs are most likely to produce those outcomes? #LEARNLAP
A4: keep it simple. Too many “rules” is defeating. “Work hard and be respectful,” and teach students how their choices abide by these or not as you go. #LEARNLAP

Sharing my workspace today - I wasn’t thrilled about setting a desk up in the bedroom, but it does have the benefit of having a door that closes and windows (which I don’t have at my office at school).
