UPDATE: Newly released images show weapons allegedly stockpiled by 21-year-old Pennsylvania man Jonathan Kramer for an ISIS-inspired mass shooting. Authorities seized a semi-automatic rifle, nearly 200 rounds, knives, a scope and other items.
Federal prosecutors say Kramer pledged allegiance to ISIS and discussed attacks using guns, explosives, drones and ricin. The FBI arrested him near Pittsburgh before he could allegedly carry out the plot.
