Wanted to see what this 2-D AI drafted floorplan would look like in real life so I built a 3-D walkthrough with AI. I was specifically looking at how this loft overhang would turn out. You can toggle on and off structural options to view them. You walk through it like a videogame. I have zero drafting experience.

My AI accountant is really keeping these vendors on their toes. Asking for proof work was done and items not on the proposal were approved. 😂💪@Lennar @DRHorton you guys should hire me to replace your entire office staff. API's are the future and I guarantee your homebuilding software doesn't have API's for agentic use. cornerstonepm.ai

For these AI drafted floorplans I used the same process. I originally created them from a folder full of training images I hand picked and gave them 3 main reference images. Next I had my AI architects draw them in cad and lastly I rendered these to match the dwg / dwf / cad files from the files.

Fully Automating floorplan drafting with AI agents using opensource CAD drafting apps. This is pretty challenging however it is working. I basically build one team of drafters per floorplan. A drafting team is around 12 subagents one per page type. This structural foundation page and details pages were 100% AI drawn for a basement for example. The details are maintained as a separate set of plans so you don't need to update all plans to change details.

Cool workflow tip for floorplan design using AI. Come up with the elevation concepts with Chat GPT Astra. Feed the rendings to the AI architect agents.

A few more days and I might be the first person ever to get 100% AI drafted cad files approved for a building permit. Check out this cool fireplace detail page I made!

I build homes in DE. I have almost cracked fully generated CAD floorplans with AI. I also built this cool software someone hit me up. I'm about to submit the first AI rendered set of plans for permitting ever I believe. cornerstonepm.ai Everything is free looking for collaborators / testers! You can feed it a competitors brochure plan and it spits out a full set in 30 mins. Still needs revisions but it's getting very close.

To make sure our current users have an incredible experience and continued access to Astra, we are going to pause subscriptions to our $200 Pro plan. These put the most strain on our systems and we wanted to take the smallest step that allows us to continue giving the broadest access possible. All other plans and the api remain available. There is no impact to existing accounts and we are working on adding more capacity as fast as we can. Thanks!
Demand for Astra is really unprecedented. We're pulling all the levers possible to sustain the demand, but I've not seen anything like it until now and we went through very steep growth before. Priority will always be to keep excellent service for existing users, but we might have to pause new Pro subscriptions for a bit if this continues.

I have one AI agent specialized for drawing structural options. I coded a bunch of python to tailor it to how I want them to look. Then it uses Javascript and creates a webpage where a customer can toggle them on and off. The plans are drawn by AI in a manner that can be used for the website options viewer.

I’m 90% of the way to replacing my need for home plan designers and architects with AI. The first floor is on its second revision. Everything else? One shot. As a homebuilder, it’s hard to overstate what this means.

We’re arguing about Fable 5.1 vs GPT-6 Astra. Meanwhile 95% of people out in public don’t know either exists. The gap is wild.

If you’re a macro investor, connect the dots for a second. Markets are pricing in a September hike, yields are surging, and the consensus is completely taking the bait. Druckenmiller who literally trained both Warsh and Bessent publicly takes a swing at Bessent’s bond market interventions. Bessent plays along, firing right back. Meanwhile, Warsh and Druck wrote this piece calling on the Fed to hold off on hikes in 18. It’s a masterclass in narrative control imo. Warsh gets styled as the uncompromised hawk to buy the central bank maximum market credibility even though everyone knows the core mandate from Trump is to cut rates. Trump throws up a bone, gets a deal with Iran. Crude gets crushed-> yields come down, energy drops, and inflation cools. Warsh gets his cover to aggressively cut, equities rip to fresh all time highs, and the Admin claims its "Golden Age." I mean come on it’s too obvious!!!
This is getting out control the 10 year is going to force the treasury to act like a central bank to anchor the rising yields which will add pressure to the AI/semi trade. Earnings driven no longer matters…it’s all about the cost of capital. Bessent is you can hear me!!!!

When I try and explain that tokens inferenced increased 25-fold in a year and are multiplying exponentially, cascading through the economy, and are likely to push real GDP growth per year toward double digit territory, many clients and companies simply do not comprehend.
The AI riptide is already underway

Bitcoin crashed from $126,000 to $60,000. And while crypto traders were getting murdered: Gold went from roughly $2,000 to a $5,595 ATH. Micron TRIPLED this year. Sandisk went up 500%+ this year. AI stocks printed fortunes. The S&P kept making records. SpaceX walked into the market and raised $75 BILLION at a $1.77 TRILLION valuation. Investor demand? MORE THAN $250 BILLION. Do you understand what that tells you? THERE IS MONEY EVERYWHERE. U.S. household wealth is above $181 TRILLION. Stocks have become one of the biggest wealth machines in America. Everyone who caught AI, chips, gold and stocks is sitting on profits. And Bitcoin spent months getting completely fucking destroyed. Perfect. Because now the rotation has started. BTC: $60K → $70K → almost $80K. More than 20% in two days. Bitcoin ETFs just took in roughly $1.6 BILLION in four days. Trump is openly pushing crypto legislation. The SEC is opening the door to a friendlier crypto framework. M2 is above $23 TRILLION. Yet bears are telling me: “Bitcoin will need six months.” “Bitcoin will need a year.” A YEAR FOR WHAT? It does not need six months to hit $125,000. I think it can happen in 30 DAYS. $125,000 BITCOIN. WITHIN A MONTH. YOU ARE STILL NOT BULLISH ENOUGH.

One of the biggest financial jokes is celebrating that your house went from $300K to $700K. Congratulations. Your property taxes doubled. Your homeowners insurance doubled. Contractors charge more. Repairs cost more. And the next house you want went from $500K to $1.1M. You didn’t necessarily become richer. The entire housing market just got more expensive.

We’re extending the 50% increase to weekly Claude Code limits through August 31. We hope to make this a permanent change to our plans, but strong demand for our models means that capacity may be tight over the coming weeks. We’ll keep you posted as things develop.
We're also keeping Claude Code weekly limits 50% higher, now through August 19, for all Pro, Max, Team, and seat-based Enterprise users.
