Random idea I got today: I'm paying ₹50k/month for a 1BHK in Indiranagar. What if I just leased some land, built a 5v5 football turf, and made a small studio for myself on the same property? I'd get a place to live, parking for my car, my own football ground, and potentially a business generating revenue. Sounds good, but not really sure if it is.
