Ohio State must find a way to navigate through what's become a worst-case scenario for this season.
History tells us this is exactly where the Buckeyes thrive. Just go look at its last 2 national titles:

I have a question for the Medicare for All and Single Payer supporters.
In my area, a mobile dog groomer advertises they will wash the dog and cut their hair for $180 in the home.
A physician house call is worth at least a double washing a dog and cutting her hair. I would say, triple.
So is the government going to pay me $500-$600 for a house call on a sick elderly patient?

I’m going to become a patient at his clinic, book one of his famous “60-minute DPC visits” every day and reduce the marginal labor value down to $3.83/hour

The 4-team playoff didn’t crown the “true champion.” It crowned the winner of a four team invitational selected by a committee.
This is something that I don't get.
A 24 team playoff doesn't crown a true champion. It doesn't crown the best team of the total season. It crowns the best tournament team, the one who can get hot for 4-5 games.
Meanwhile, the 4-team playoff and BCS era *required* you to have the best total season, beginning to end, to be champion. I'd argue that's much more valuable.
My brother in Christ, you are a Tennessee fan. I assure you that losing to Alabama 70–20 would still produce some emotions.
Michael will absolutely tune in to those Bama games from his couch
Replying to @CF_Budge
Yeah, as a Bama fan, I think 24 is BS. It's ONLY purpose is to enrich media corporations at the expense of the fans. This will be my last year supporting. I'll never buy so much as a stitch of merchandise. To all the execs that are making this happen: rot in fn hell!
You could have gone to Target and spent $17 on OTC medication to treat your likely viral URI and been done with it.
You cannot afford to NOT have a Direct Primary Care physician.
I hear it all the time.. "I pay for insurance and can't afford to pay for a DPC too".
Newsflash - you can't afford not to. True story.
Last month I was in Las Vegas at a meeting. About 11:00 a.m., I started feeling bad. By 5:00 - MISERY! Urgent care kind of misery. The normal person would:
1. Find an urgent care center (or ER)
2. Drive in a ton of traffic to get there.
3. Wait half hour to three hours to be seen.
4. Pay $150 for the visit (cash pay).
5. Pay $100 for the chest x-ray (cash pay) - it was respiratory so they absolutely would have done a chest x-ray.
6. Get a prescription.
7. Get prescription filled.
It was 5:00 in Las Vegas - 8:30 p.m. on the east coast. I texted my DPC - "feeling really bad, cough, congestion, slight fever and a few chills". At 8:35 p.m. east coast time, text message back "send me the address of the closest pharmacy to you". Done.
By 6:00 Las Vegas time, I had prescription in hand and was on my way to feeling better. Total charge - $0 other than my monthly membership fee. Total time saved - 3 to 4 hours. Total money saved - at least $250.
Next day text from DPC: How are you feeling? Need anything else? Have a safe trip home.
4 days later text from DPC: Did you make it back from LV? Feeling better? Need anything?
Try getting that from urgent care.
Added plus: I didn't have to wonder if a stupid insurance company was going to deny my claim and likely cost me more money because of the fake "discounts".
“I treated your sinus infection, therefore I saved you a $4,000 emergency room bill and just paid for your membership through 2034” is doing some fucking work. ☠️
I saved 3 patients an ER visit in the last week. That’s 5-10 years of my Direct Primary Care Service saved by them.
My last 2 new patients saved an Entire years cost of my services.
You are Functionally Uninsured and a Cash Payer until you spend your Deductible. It’s a terrible idea to try and meet your Deductible on purpose.

Every healthcare system rations because resources are finite and demand is not. The interesting question is how it rations.
The U.S. already rations through things like price and ability to pay, insurance status, network, deductibles and cost sharing, prior authorization, coverage criteria, appointment availability, geography, and clinician/facility capacity
Obamacare is a Failure. Medicare for All will fail like Single Payer Healthcare is rationed Healthcare everywhere.
You can’t regulate the Free Market anymore than you regulate gravity. It always ends in High Prices and Shortages.
The Romans froze grain production 2,000 years ago. It caused a grain shortage and high prices on the black market.

Per @BuckeyeStatsFB, this 68-yard touchdown by Nate Roberts is the longest receiving touchdown ever for an Ohio State tight end.
Jake Stoneburner had a 72-yard touchdown against Penn State in 2012, but he was a wide receiver for the Buckeyes that season.

Gentle reminder that SNL “cancelled” Shane Gillis years ago. Since then, they’ve had to go begging for him to host, and each time he does, he absolutely dominates.
The sneakers sketch is hilarious too.
