never in my 7 years in crypto have i been this frustrated with a customer support team. i recently started using my @okx account again because of the MiCA campaign and the incentives to move funds there. since this is an old account with an existing balance, i ran into an issue that prevents me from completing identity verification. @okx agents asked me to upload additional information. i submitted everything they requested over a month ago... then they completely ghosted me. today they finally replied, and their solution was simply: "please try again." i explained the issue again to the new support agent, and they forwarded me right back to the same department that took over a month to respond in the first place. horrible experience.
