Fantastic to see the new artwork for new @My_Metro trains last night at @visitnca. Back in the online consultation we @OpenLab_Ncl ran, we suggested asking people across Tyne & Wear what they wanted on an otherwise blank wall inside trains... 1/
My work 'Macro-Micro' was one of these four.
It's a large-scale paper collage made from fragments of imagery which I collected from the public.
I asked people what makes the North East glow and the responses I got were amazing. There's a lot hidden within this abstract piece.
