Off to a good start but now the search for moisture begins.....

Some canola getting put in E of Regina at #BennettFarm. It was cold here this morning, but that was the goal. The majority of the canola goes in later.

This one was a new one for me. Turns out (I think) it is a Mormon cricket, which is not actually a cricket but a katydid. Only found the one, and given its size, was hard to miss. @TylerWist1 @dr_tansey are these fairly common in Southern SK if that is what it is?

Field peas are getting close to desiccation timing!

Not on this piece. We try to treat each trial area different. This one had more of a burndown product. We have another area that is a residual trial on field peas. Stay tuned for that one.
