Incredible unboxing, very clear that a lot of intention went into this thank you @JaiDolwani
Need to get back to sharing thoughts on here though — 78?! Need to work harder!

Have you been sued in California for wire tapping, just for using a meta pixel?
Thousands of Ecom brands were getting shake down requests for nothing more than a conversion pixel.
Every settlement was $10,000-$50,000 bucks, right out of the pocket of small business.
I was sued multiple times.
As of today, that won’t ever happen again:
I thought this was the wrong reading of the law and wanted to do something about it.
My internal team worked with the eCommerce alliance.
They put time, money, and resources into changing this law.
I really didn’t do much.
But as a result of their hard work-
No one else will be sued for this ever again.
The work of the eCommerce alliance, backed by postscript, just saved the entire ecom industry probably 30 million dollars a year.
Huge shoutout to Gina from my team for getting this done.
Ridge could have just kept paying it.
But that’s how these things win.
Ecom brands are too fractured, everyone too cheap, everyone being crabs in a bucket.
It takes brands and great partners like postscript to work together to make the industry better.
I just saved your brand $25,000 bucks.
You can thank postscript for that.

Hats off to Beanstalk. Tabloids are saying it's the event of the year. That's a tough act to follow, and motivates us to go 10x harder.
We have the Ecom Founders Q4 Summit next Thursday, with 300+ brands RSVP'd.
Execs from Unilever, Aviator Nation, UNIQLO, Love Wellnes, ipsy, Revlon, and investors/funds/brand rollups.
NYC B2B EVENT WEEK has only just begun!! I hope to see you all there.

If one more piece of software in the back end of my Shopify store gives me a chat window to a reskinned AI chat tool I'm going to lose my mind.
I'm cancelling software today.

I'm looking for an app that helps me aggregate WhatsApp and iMessages with folder functionality (e.g., family, business, vendors, etc.) plus permissions for those folders so that, for example, my EA can get access to all the business chats.
Does something like this exist?
This is the future of partnerships. Super cool idea and happy to be a part of it. Thanks @jconnorholliman

most ecom conferences are a hotel ballroom where agencies pitch you between stock photos.
the Q4 summit is the anti-version. sept 24, capitale nyc.
operators from dr. squatch, love wellness, velvet caviar, dossier and jordan craig walking through the playbooks they are running this exact quarter. offer architecture, paid media, email, cro, ops.

So I ended up designing it myself and built an interactive 3D demo.
It took me 1.5 hours.
I got tired of sifting through fake X profiles pretending to be designers, and designers I’ve worked with in the past told me this would take them weeks.
AI has completely reset my expectations on speed of execution.

BREAKING: We just sued Amazon over what we believe was a vast, ad-rigging scheme.
We believe Amazon found a way to charge a few extra pennies to an enormous number of transactions, adding up to over $20 billion in illegal charges.
This is about how something becomes a "Sponsored product."
Amazon lets businesses bid to be "Sponsored" but it told businesses that the highest bid would only pay slightly more than the second-highest bid.
For example: If you bid $1 to have your product “Sponsored” and the next-highest bid is $0.50, you should pay about $0.51.
But we believe that Amazon would run the auction, see those bids, and then secretly raise the second-place price so it could charge the winner more.
It was a gradual strategy based on concealment.
Internal Amazon documents show they tested how much they could raise those hidden charges without advertisers catching on, then raised them more when businesses didn’t react, then gave false answers when businesses started asking questions.
This is a case about affordability, fair competition, and basic honesty in the marketplace. My thanks to the big bipartisan team on this, from AGs across the country to the FTC.
Signs of life!
Last week my CPMs were $350 after being at an all-time high of $800... I put a lot of work this weekend to build and test some assumptions.
I can work with these economics.
- Sales Objective
- 7 Day Click attribution
- Standard Exclusions
The screenshot is a campaign but there are 4 ad sets in there.
Cody was the first to see this -- joined his advisor group.

Anyone have legit ways of getting CPMs down on a new Meta account?
I’ll pay $$ for verified things that work and aren’t tinfoil hat or “just spend through it”.

Your logos will be accompanying me through every mile of my journey!
Want one of the remaining spots? ↓
the other day I watched my girlfriend / training partner @winternet fund her Half-Ironman bike by selling logo space on her race kit
i also signed up for the Half-Ironman without owning a bike
so I'm doing the least original thing I've ever done
and forking her code to sell ad space on my own bike and race kit
→ 21 logo spots on the kit, helmet and bike
→ pricing varied by location
→ your logo trains 1,400+ miles, races a 70.3 in December, then a full Ironman in 2027
→ you get branded content throughout my progress

Meta charged an $800 CPM?
You've gotta be joking.
@BryanECano said his CPMs reached $800.
@CoryOnBrand: “Meta is fleecing every brand, and it will never stop.”
@colindougherty: "If some of the most experienced buyers in the industry are seeing numbers like this, how is the average mom-and-pop brand supposed to compete?"
"And with Black Friday approaching, those auctions are only going to become more expensive."
$800 just to fly past 1,000 people’s feeds is bananas.
Diversifying ad spend beyond Meta is no longer optional.
@ecommcowboy is live M-F at 12P CT.
The highest CPM we've paid since December 2024 was $59.13.
Meta is fleecing every brand, and it will never stop.
Come to the other side of digital ads. It's nice over here 🙂

Absolute legend!! Huge thanks 🙏🏼
using AI to launch and scale brands is cool, but building friendships with a group of TikTok affiliates and helping earn enough to do TikTok full time is incredible
It’s hard to scale.
It’s time consuming.
It’s 100% relationship building.
But wow, is it energizing
This is one of those little things that seem insignificant but have a big compounding impact. Cool to see from Jim/Tondo
Working with a logistics partner that is obsessing over ways to optimize their floor = savings = savings passed onto the brand.
Roughly 80% of a brand's volume is usually driven by 20% of its SKUs, so why would you treat every SKU the same in a warehouse?
We give high-volume products a larger footprint, keep them together, and position them closer so our team can pick faster.
10 years ago, I probably wouldn't have noticed something like that.
Now it's one of the first things I look at.
The small details are what make a warehouse run better.
Anyone have a good web design UX/UI skill for codex or claude?
Going to spend some time upgrading mine.

1 of my favorite uses cases with my Hermes agent is → ads.nik.co
I text all my favorite ads to Jet (my agent), and he documents & organizes them in my own swipe file
You should build this for yourself and save your favorite ads, landing pages, buy boxes, email pop-ups, etc.
Take my site and tell your agent to copy it
2 people saw my talk (below) at the AI Summit and are coming in for a 90 min Hermes/Mac Mini setup session
