So trying to quit Verizon but they locked my phone for 60 days even tho I paid for it. After 30 mins on the phone, was told it would be unlocked, got an email today saying no. So my elder dad has no cell phone. Great service.
BTW: T-Mobile has a better plan for 1/3 the cost. Hence my change.
