Thanks to Universe Today for writing an article about my stabilized-sky time-lapse! universetoday.com/143424/thi… via @universetoday
The total solar eclipse was an absolutely incredible experience. I’ve seen a couple partials beforehand, but nothing compares to totality. #solareclipse #Eclipse2024 #Eclipse #TotalEclipseOfTheHeartland
“Cardiologists near me” trending on Google in the Bay Area after that one. Let’s go Niners!!! #FTTB
Here’s what I was able to capture for the solar eclipse this morning. The clouds got in the way for the most part, but I was able to catch a glimpse here and there. Here’s a composite image and a short timelapse. #Eclipse #SolarEclipse #SolarEclipse2023
Turns out my neighbor @NOYBBYOB is also an astrophotographer, and we got to chatting a bit! 😊

"Blood Moon at Golden Gate Bridge"
Oil painting on 3"x3" canvas paper.
Inspired by @Brummo 's lunar eclipse pic.
PS: My little revenge as I missed two lunar eclipses because of the clouds 😂

I captured another stabilized sky timelapse to visualize the Earth’s rotation. This is about 5 hours of real time. I also recorded a behind-the-scenes timelapse, as well. Captured at the Alabama Hills, CA in Sept 2022.

Beautiful work! Thanks for sharing! 😊
Finally, I made this painting of lunar eclipse at Golden Gate Bridge from my favorite photograph of Eric Brummel (IG: @brummelphoto).

Bonsai Rock, Lake Tahoe. I captured this a couple months ago, toward the end of “Milky Way season.” I used a drone to illuminate the rock, giving it an otherworldly feel. I was inspired to try drone lighting after seeing @Reuben_Wu’s amazing Lux Noctis project. #MilkyWay #night
They came out to play, alright. 😀
The Warriors are your NBA Champs, baby!!! Give Steph his Finals MVP trophy already! #DubNation
Hey all, check out Brian’s latest YouTube video! Great footage of the Alabama Hills and of course, the Milky Way. 🌌

I’m going in for another heart ablation procedure tomorrow morning to get rid of these pesky PVCs. I had a similar operation a year and a half ago, which was ineffective. Wish me better luck this time!
