📣UPDATE (8:30am): #A38 St Chads #Birmingham southbound (between Expressway towards City Centre) has reopened. Northbound remains closed. Delays remain on Expressway back through Park Circus, northbound major delays remain (Bristol St back to Belgrave Middleway, ring road etc).
