‘Better team’ when that team can’t beat Vegito. Calcs are fun and whatever, but they aren’t the important thing. The most important are scenarios and how units perform in fights. The 4s are great post‑super in slot 1 on turn 1, nearly immortal by turn 3, and then you nuke on turn 5.
Against Vegito they’re great slot 1 into slot 2.
Against Ape they’re great slot 2 into slot 1 into nuke.
Against Namek they’re solid in slot 2.
Against Gohan they’re godly.
Against Trunks they’re good.
Meanwhile, MC is arguably equal vs Ape, better vs Namek, but way worse in the hardest fight (Vegito).
People Trying to convince me that PHY Gohan was 'Good' 😭

I think people are such crybabies with their agendas and don’t actually like having different types of content. Everyone was fine when the meta was defense‑centric, but now that we’ve got fights where damage matters more, people start calling it ‘gimmick’ — especially because it counters their precious MC.
And yeah, I think people are being hypocritical here, because I remember when everyone was craving a dodge‑cancel fight since y’all didn’t like UI + Evo at top 1 lr. No one would’ve called that ‘gimmick.’ But now, in a fight that favors damage dealers, y’all act like it’s the worst content

I think people are acting pretty weird about the Vegito fight, when it’s just another hard fight with a mechanic that counters some units. That doesn’t make it a bad or gimmick fight it’s simply a tough fight where you’re compensated for taking risks and aiming for damage over defense. And because so many units before the celebration were hyper‑defensive, this fight ‘counters’ them, making it the hardest fight. The charges are just another mechanic to make the fight harder, just like dodge cancel or locking.

I still remember when GA dropped and people started celebrating, saying ‘ROG is washed,’ posting Beast Gohan dying, or claiming Godku was weaker, or D4ku was washed, etc. And what did we do? We proved those units were still great — we didn’t start crying and calling it a gimmick fight. But now that it’s their turn, they just want to disqualify the fight because ‘oh no, charges are unfair’.

This is just what separates good players from bad ones. Good players saw units getting countered by GA Gohan and found a way to make it work, bad players just complained that the unit is dead without even trying to find solutions. Too many bad players on this app
