I remember growing up only having 2 black male teachers in all my years of grade school. Winning the DCPS Excellence in teaching award in a field where only 1.3% of teachers are black men is the real win.

It's so humbling when you visit a 3rd world country and although they don't have close to what we have in the US, they know how to make the most of life with their people
We just complain about everything. There's so much beauty and joy being appreciative of what we already have
It was an honor to present yesterday at the 2025 Black Male Educator Summit at Howard University. What an amazing day of learning and growing with so many amazing black male educators. Major s/o to everyone involved in elevating the importance of black men in education.
Just looked up tickets for the CF National championship in Miami and yeah…..I’m not going lol. 3k for nosebleeds is crazy
If I play for Alabama, I'm tryna send a message today. Like Indiana is a basketball school, remind them who the real kings of college football are. #rolltide
Happy #WorldBicycleDay!
For the past 5 years, we’ve used bikes to bring peace, joy, challenge—and most importantly—community to DC youth. This movement is about more than cycling. It’s about purpose, pride, and a path forward.

Honored to present the 2025 #WorldBicycleDay Award to Coach Alex Clark of Dunbar HS, Washington, DC—recognizing his inspiring work with students through cycling. Joined by past winners & legends like @JSadikKhan, it was a powerful day for the global bike bus community.

Look what’s possible when you give our DC youth the space to ride, grow, and lead.
I respect the way Michigan state fought that last 1 min of the game. Love seeing the game played that way. Win or lose.
Exciting news! Two of our senior cyclists joined the Aspen Institute’s State of Play DC study on youth sports access & barriers.
We’re proud to help make cycling a recognized & accessible sport for DC youth! Thanks, Aspen Institute, for highlighting our work! 🙌🏾
Our new Bike Bus program is rolling strong!

Everyone knew Indiana wasn't gonna compete. Damn I sure wish it was @DeionSanders and the @CUBuffsFootball in that game last night. #CFBPlayoff
